ショッピングガイド：配送と店舗受け取り
Shopping online is easy, and you have two ways to get your order: have it delivered to your door, or pick it up from a store near you.
Home delivery
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel. Orders usually arrive within 1 to 2 working days in the North Island and 2 to 3 working days in the South Island. Rural addresses may take an extra working day and cost a little more. Large or heavy items, such as TVs and fridges, may take longer.
The delivery cost depends on where you live and what you buy. To see the exact price, add your items to the cart and choose your delivery area. Some products and promotions come with free shipping.
Need it today? Same-day delivery is available in some areas for items that are in stock. Choose this option at checkout.
Please note:
- The courier will normally ask for a signature. If you won't be home, you can give the courier permission to leave the parcel in a safe place.
- If some items in your order are out of stock, we will usually send the in-stock items first and the rest later.
- All orders are fully insured against loss or damage in transit.
Click & Collect
Prefer to pick it up yourself? Choose Click & Collect at checkout and select your nearest store. You must pay online – you can't pay when you arrive.
Wait until you receive a text message saying your order is ready before you go to the store. Items that are in stock are often ready within an hour. When you come in, bring your order number and a valid photo ID, such as a driver's licence or passport.
Can't make it? You can nominate someone else to collect the order for you. Just enter their name and mobile number at checkout, and remind them to bring their own photo ID.
Please collect your order as soon as you can. Orders that are not collected within two weeks will be cancelled and refunded. Before you leave home, check the store's opening hours, especially on public holidays.
オンラインショッピングは手軽です。商品の受け取り方は二つ。自宅に配送してもらうか、近くの店舗で受け取るかです。
自宅への配送
ご注文の商品を発送すると、配送状況を追跡できるリンクをメールでお送りします。お届けまでの目安は、北島が1～2営業日、南島が2～3営業日です。郊外の住所では1営業日多くかかり、送料も少し高くなる場合があります。テレビや冷蔵庫などの大型・重量商品は、さらに日数がかかることがあります。
送料は、お住まいの地域とご購入の商品によって異なります。正確な金額は、商品をカートに入れて配送エリアを選ぶと確認できます。送料無料の商品やキャンペーンもあります。
今日中にほしい場合は？ 一部の地域では、在庫のある商品の当日配送を行っています。お会計の際にこのオプションを選んでください。
ご注意：
- 配達員は通常、受け取りのサインを求めます。ご不在の場合は、安全な場所に荷物を置いていくよう配達員に許可することもできます。
- ご注文の一部が在庫切れの場合、通常は在庫のある商品を先に発送し、残りは後日お送りします。
- すべてのご注文には、配送中の紛失や破損に備えた保険がかけられています。
クリック＆コレクト（店舗受け取り）
ご自身で受け取りたい場合は、お会計の際に「クリック＆コレクト」を選び、最寄りの店舗を指定してください。お支払いはオンラインのみで、店舗でのお支払いはできません。
商品の準備ができたことを知らせるショートメッセージが届いてから、店舗にお越しください。在庫のある商品なら、たいてい1時間以内に準備できます。ご来店の際は、注文番号と、運転免許証やパスポートなど顔写真付きの有効な身分証明書をお持ちください。
ご自身で行けない場合は？ 代わりの方に受け取りをお願いすることもできます。お会計の際にその方の氏名と携帯電話番号を入力し、ご本人の顔写真付き身分証明書を持参するようお伝えください。
できるだけ早めにお受け取りください。2週間以内に受け取られなかったご注文はキャンセルとなり、返金されます。お出かけ前には、特に祝日の場合、店舗の営業時間をご確認ください。
