As our technology platform keeps growing, we're looking for a Software Developer who combines strong technical skills with curiosity and initiative. About the role You'll join our development team and work on a wide range of projects, including web applications, APIs, data integrations, automation and internal business systems. You'll work alongside experienced developers and help build solutions that make a real difference to our customers. Key responsibilities: - Develop, maintain and improve our software applications and services - Design, build and support APIs, system integrations and automation tools - Work on both the front end and the back end of our applications - Write clean, well-structured code that follows our development standards - Help with database development and troubleshooting - Take part in testing and peer code reviews - Investigate and fix bugs - Write technical documentation and share what you know with the team - Work with other developers and business stakeholders to deliver successful projects About you: - A degree in software development, computer science, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - Experience building applications with C# and .NET (essential) - A good understanding of object-oriented programming - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL - Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript - Some experience with version control tools such as Git - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good written and spoken communication - The ability to work as part of a team and take feedback positively Experience with REST APIs, automated testing, CI/CD, Docker or AI-assisted coding tools would be a bonus, but it isn't essential.
