Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson decided to go camping. They hiked deep into the countryside, put up their tent under the stars, ate a simple dinner by the fire and went to sleep.
A few hours later, Holmes woke up and nudged his faithful friend.
"Watson, look up at the sky and tell me what you see."
Watson rubbed his eyes and looked up. "I see millions and millions of stars."
"And what does that tell you?"
Watson thought for a moment. He was keen to impress the great detective.
"Well," he said, "astronomically speaking, it tells me that there are millions of galaxies and potentially billions of planets. Astrologically, I observe that Saturn is in Leo. Timewise, I'd say it's about a quarter past three. Theologically, it shows me that God is all-powerful and that we are small and unimportant. And meteorologically, it suggests that we'll have a beautiful day tomorrow."
He paused, rather pleased with himself. "Why? What does it tell you, Holmes?"
Holmes was silent for a moment. Then he said, "Watson, you idiot. Someone has stolen our tent."
