Two hunters were out in the woods when one of them suddenly collapsed. He didn't seem to be breathing, and his eyes had rolled back in his head. His friend panicked. He pulled out his phone and called the emergency services. "Help!" he gasped. "My friend's collapsed! I think he's dead! What should I do?" The operator spoke in a calm, soothing voice. "Don't worry, sir. I can help. First, let's make sure he's dead." There was a short silence. Then the operator heard a loud gunshot. The man came back on the line. "OK," he said. "Now what?"
