Everybody loves a bargain. Here are three ways to get great tech for less. Price match Found the same product cheaper at another store? Let us know, and we'll do our best to match or beat it. Simply fill in the price match form with the product, the lower price and where you saw it. There are a few conditions: - It must be exactly the same model, not just a similar one. - The other store must have it brand new and physically in stock in New Zealand. - Clearance items are not included. All requests are at our discretion. Open box products These are products whose box has been opened but which have never really been used. Often a customer ordered the wrong item and returned it, or our staff opened the box to check it. At most, they may have been switched on once. They come with all the normal cables, accessories and manuals, and the same warranty as a brand-new unit, but at a lower price. Ex-demo products These are display models that have been used in a store to show customers how they work, or lent out for a short time. They may have small marks from handling, but they have been checked and work perfectly. They usually carry the same warranty period as a new product. Please note that if an ex-demo product develops a fault, it will be repaired, or you will receive store credit or a refund – it won't be swapped for a brand-new unit. Last units When a new model is about to arrive, we sell off the last few units of the old one. These are brand new and unopened, with the full manufacturer's warranty. Last year's model is often just as good as this year's, at a much better price. Before you buy Ask how the product was used, check what's included in the box and confirm the warranty. And remember, our 7-day exchange policy applies to these products too.
